Depression is a terrible disease that has the power to bring down the strongest of us. We can all be better about recognizing it when it is happening and trying to get the help that we so desperately need. I have been in the depths of depression before, and I can assure you that it is nothing like what the movies show us. I sincerely hope we can get together to help each other through this.
