0. Selecting Objects
To select an object (or objects) for manipulation, begin by clicking the “select” tool button. If you are using a tool such as the Magic Wand (more on this in chapter 2) you can simply click once to select an area and twice to select multiple areas.
You can use another tool to select objects; for example, you could use the Pen tool to select particular points on an object. When you are finished selecting, press the “ctrl” (Windows) or “alt” (Mac) + “click” to finish the selection.
You can save time by using selection tools such as the Magic Wand, Rectangular Selection, and Lasso tools (more on these tools in chapter 2).
For most of the tutorial, you’ll be using the tool called the Selection Brush. This tool is used to paint a selection on an image.
Once you’ve selected an object, you can view its properties by clicking the tool’s shortcut key (Windows: “alt” + [while tool is selected], Mac: “alt” + [while tool is selected])
1. Selecting a Background
The easiest way to select a background is to click an area of the image that you don’t want to be included in your final product. For example, click an area of blue sky that’s in the middle of a red house.
You can select entire images by clicking on the image itself. In this way, you can paint over a background. For instance, you could paint over a sunset to create a desert background.
2. Using Layers to Create Overlays
After selecting a background, click the layer icon on the right of the Layers palette to add a new layer. The Layers palette will show your currently selected layers with the color of each layer listed at the left.

I’m trying to create an iOS app that makes use of Google+ OAuth2 to sign in and authenticate users for my iOS app.
All I can find on the web about it is a C# project called GooglePlus.
Can someone point me to a Monotouch equivalent?

You can’t directly use the Google OAuth2 authentication service. If you need G+ integration with your iOS app, you should install the GoogleMobileAds.framework into your Xcode project. I will write a sample that will use this framework in my next post.

Currently my php memory limit is set to 128M so if I have a script that creates a table with 10,000 rows it still works.
I was thinking about increasing the limit via
